Description

Banku Mix made from fermented corn mean/flour and fermented cassava dough. It is one of the most common food eaten by the Ghanians.

Preparations

Take 1 cup of Banku flour and mix with cold water until it is soft. Add the mixture to 1 cup of boiled water and stir with wooden spoon and add hot water till desired thickness. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt to taste. Mould into balls and serve with stew or soup of your choice.
