Description

Carefully peeled, dessicated and ground beans powder for akara or moi moi.



Sprinkle beans into a bowl of warm water. Stir and add beans flour until desired consistency is achieved. Add hot pepper, onion and eggs if desired. A pinch of salt is welcome.



Fry in vegetable oil for akara or beans cake. For moi-moi, add a little oil, stir, dish into small sandwich bag, tie, and boil in water for about 30 - 40 minutes. For more information on beans recipe, see Moi-moi.
