The little-known Raboso grape is essentially the sister grape of the white Prosecco, and is here used to make a similarly delicate sparkling wine. Grapes have been picked from the vineyard areas around the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. An elegant and intense bouquet, dry and soft and with fresh peach and red berry flavours on the palate and a round and full-bodied structure. Great served on a warm summer's day as an apéritif prior to a barbecue.
